Children's Cafe

What a wonderful day we had! We picked Katya up at 10:00 a.m. and went to the Children's Cafe for our visit. In Russian name for it is pronounced, "Don-el'". We spent 2 1/2 hours there playing and having lunch.

Once again, Katya and Cameron played as though they had been together for their entire lives. Cameron never wanted Katya to be out of his sight.

We had lunch of pizza and french fries, with delicious ice cream for dessert. Alas, Katya did not like the pizza. It did not taste like pizza in the States, so I am hopeful that she will try it again when she gets home.

The time went by so very quickly and it was time for Katya to go back to the Shelter.

It was so much better at the Cafe, than in an office at the Shelter. We were all so much more relaxed and free to move around.

The boys are now taking a nap. I couldn't sleep, too many wonderful thoughts occupying my mind.
