Day Eleven or...

"New Shoes!" (For Twin Peaks Fans)

Cameron slept in late this morning, unusual for him, since he also went to be on time.

After breakfast, we met Marina and rode to the Shelter in "Sergei's Machina." We had our meeting with Solez (sp), the director of the Shelter, and learned a little more about Katya's background. We also learned that this in the 5th anniversary of the Shelter. It is housed in part of a building that used to be a kindergarten. The other part of the building still is one. So, in the evening, we see parents picking up their children.

We were able to have Katya until 6:00 p.m. So, it was back to the hotel, where we repeated some of what we have been doing. After lunch, Cameron and Mama took a nap while Papa and Katya played solitaire together on the computer.

Marina returned at 4:00 p.m. and we went out for a little shopping. We bought Katya a new pair of dress shoes, as the ones I had brought were too small. We then made a stop at the DVD store, where we purchased 4 DVDs, that we'll be sharing with Vika. We got Tom & Jerry, Mulan, Finding Nemo, and I think Lion King. I'm going to see if I'm able to copy them to the computer and burn copies of them on DVDs, when we return home.

We will be visiting Dr. Rimma tomorrow, otherwise no firm plans. Although we do need to do more shopping and sightseeing.
